Welcome to the very first issue of my new Subconscious Success Sunday Newsletter! Woot woot! ๐ŸŽ‰

Every Sunday going forward, I'll be sending you a quick-read e-mail with tips, techniques, and/or goodies to help get your week started on a resourceful and supportive note. My mission is to help you feel successful, joyful, abundant, and resilient at every stage of your business and wherever you find yourself in life. Without further ado - let's get into it!

This Week's "Subconscious Success" Tip

Try this:

Listen to a hypnosis audio to help you tap into the thoughts, feelings, and habits you want to experience more of! After listening, you'll likely feel more relaxed and resourceful in your day ahead. You're also more likely to be successful and satisfied in the area of life that the hypnosis focused on!


How to do it:

Make sure you find a safe space where you can relax (DO NOT listen while driving or doing other tasks). Headphones are recommended. ๐ŸŽง

It's much like listening to a guided meditation, except the intention is to create new neural pathways in your subconscious mind to form new empowering beliefs and habits.

While listening to the track, you'll be fully conscious of what's happening, and your body will likely feel relaxed. (Just in case you've heard the myth that you lose control when listening to hypnosis! Not true!)

The key to being successful with hypnosis audios is listening to them consistently and repetitively. Try it for at least 7 days straight and notice what shifts occur (although it could take longer).

The ideal times to listen are upon waking โ˜€๏ธ and right before going to sleep ๐ŸŒ™ because your brain is already in a more relaxed state compared to when it's fully alert during the day. (You can listen when you can, and the hypnosis will still be effective.)


Why it works (short version, in layman's terms):

As you relax, you become more open to accepting new beliefs and habits into your subconscious mind (which is where your current beliefs and habits "live"). Hypnosis audios use intentional language and techniques that communicate directly to your subconscious mind. Lastly, the brain learns and expands through repetition.
