This Week's "Subconscious Success" Tip

Today I have a tip that will help you manifest easier!

For most people, the toughest part of manifesting is releasing attachment and strong desire for the outcome to happen.

Take a moment to write down at least a few goals that you have in your life and then ask yourself some reflective questions relating to attachment.

Notice what comes up and how your answers may shine light on subconscious beliefs that are running in the background.

Then, use a subconscious change work method to transform those beliefs so that you can soften the grip on these perceptions and be more open to receive something potentially even better with more ease and flow.

This is the equivalent of you placing an order with a waiter and then just being present and at peace in the moments that follow, trusting that your order will arrive soon at the right time. It creates a much enjoyable experience of life.


How to apply this tip

Journal out some things that you are consciously manifesting right now....perhaps it's career/business success, money, relationships, family, health, or something else.

No need to make a comprehensive list unless you just want to.

Then ask yourself some questions about each thing:

1) Am I attached to how this happens? When it happens? Notice any words that come up like "has to", "should", or "needs to".

2) What is my current reaction to not having this in the way I want right now?

3) Do I have a yearning for this happening?

4) Are there any emotions of doubt, sadness, worry, fear, or anger/frustration that come up when I think about this?

Notice what you write down. This exercise could help you uncover some subconscious beliefs and programs that are running in the background and preventing you from living a fulfilling life NOW.

These beliefs could also be lowering your overall energetic vibration, which makes it harder to attract things that are at a higher vibration.

After we create awareness around this, we can engage in some intentional re-wiring inner work! The gentle method that I specialize in, Core Transformation, is fantastic for this.

Some other options might be to use self hypnosis or other subconscious reprogramming modalities that you resonate with.


Why this works (the short version):

The full contemplation as to why detachment helps us manifest and live a life with less suffering is beyond the scope of this short newsletter.

Here's my best take on it:

Take a moment to extend your hand out in front of you and image that in your palm is something you want to manifest. Now clench your fist tight and notice what your experience is like. It likely doesn't feel very good because you must remain mostly stagnant and your body is a heightened state of stress. When you a have a tight grip on something, it's unlikely that you'll be open to receive something different...something even better. You might also be worried or afraid that you won't be able to sustain what you're clinging onto or what you want will not happen.

Now, loosen your grip or relax your hand completely. You might notice that when you're not so attached to things being a certain way, your experience can feel lighter and more present, peaceful, and harmonious. It might feel like you're in flow and more open to a different possibility happening.

When we're in these states, our energetic frequency rises and we're able to be a better energetic match for things like love, abundance, and opportunities. Hence, it's easier to manifest.

Perhaps this is why for some people manifesting things like green traffic lights and parking spots is easy...because the attachment to it being that way is usually pretty light or non-existent. For me it feels like a fun game, which puts me into a frequency of curiosity and play.

With other things that we usually tie to our self-worth, wellbeing, or survival...the experience of manifesting is usually not as easy because of our subconscious programs and beliefs.

Luckily, with the right methods, we can re-wire connections in our subconscious mind and thereby gently "release the grip" on our attachments and dissolve feelings of worry, fear, and stress that lower our vibration.


Ready to try it?

Make a list of your goals and ask yourself some reflective questions. Once you uncover what subconscious beliefs and programs might be running in the background and potentially lowering your openness to possibilities and your energetic vibrational frequency, then use a method that works on the subconscious level to re-wire them!
