Quote of the Week
“When we learn how to become resilient, we learn how to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of the human experience.”
— Jaeda Dewalt (Author, poet, and artist) 🌼
This Week's "Subconscious Success" Tip
This week...I'm comin' at you with a blast from the past and re-sharing one of my most popular letters from 2023!
Why? Because I just got back from Mexico and brought back some kind of cold/flu bug with me, so my creative flow (and voice) are limited at the moment. 🤧
Sooo...enjoy this tip (and gift) from 10/22/23! 🎀
This week, I'd like to gift you a 8.5 min transformational audio for staying resilient and sane during uncertain and chaotic times.
You can listen to it anytime that you're in your head, noticing distracting mind chatter, going into a spiral of "what if..." that's unsupportive....anytime you wish to be more grounded, present and resourceful.
This week I noticed the theme of resilience and presence in many different ways:
One of my favorite mentors, Melissa Tiers, shared a video on her IG where she shared how to stop the "doom spiral" and come back into the here and now, to help navigate the heaviness of the current world events (which is actually what inspired the creation of this audio! I love using her techniques in my work).
Multiple entrepreneur clients have brought up feeling discouraged because things seem to be taking a down turn in their business or they haven't reached their goals yet this year...and
I have not felt my best self this week with processing the world's events, the transitions that are happening in my own business, and this Sunday is the anniversary of my mom's passing.
You may resonate with this in a different way that's unique to you. If you're an entrepreneur that's been in business for at least a few months, I'm sure you've experienced the ups and downs.
Please remember that we are not meant to be constantly "on" and in "increase" mode. We are not meant to always have our shit together. So much of what you see on social media and media in general is over-glorified, filtered, and is an illusion.
Come back to the present. Reconnect with your inner wisdom, resourcefulness, and resilience. Be in the frequency of love as much as possible. Connect with your "why" and what you can do right now to help yourself and others. We must keep going.
Sending you love! And this gift! ❤️🎁

Transformational Coach & Mentor
P.S. Another way I've been able to stay resilient and sane through the uncertainty of being in business and also while processing the chaos happening in the world is through the Core Transformation method. It works brilliantly with resistance and low feelings to foster a deeper sense of wellbeing and presence that lasts.
I'd love to share this gift with you as well. Schedule a free discovery call with me to learn more!
