Quote of the Week
"A master lives in the world of transformation, not the world of loss and gain."

This Week's "Subconscious Success" Tip
Today I just want to share an "ah-ha" with you I had in the last week.
You know how sometimes you'll experience a moment where you think "I thought I worked through that?" or "I thought I was done with that pattern of behaving/thinking/feeling?"
Perhaps you've intentionally taken the time to use various self help/subconscious change methods or went to therapy to help yourself change, and you've noticed either dramatic improvement or even completely stopped doing the thing.
But then...months later...you see it creeping back up again in some way.
What's up with that?
Well...what if we took the perspective that this pattern coming back into your experience is meant to teach you something new?
What if it's there to take you to a new level of growth and experience?
What if this pattern is like a "life teacher" for you...just gently showing you the way to your next layer of evolution?
Sometimes the teacher comes to teach a lesson and then disappears for a while, and then they come back at some point with a new lesson that seems familiar (yet somehow different).
I think with the boom of the self development business world, we've been fed the idea that once we "fix" ourselves, then that's it.
You can delete and re-write any behavior pattern, and once you do, it's gone for good. A lot of businesses use that as a tangible result for their marketing....like "erase your procrastination for good", etc.
I think that's true to a degree. Some things are easier to "re-wire" than others. I've personally experienced some incredible shifts within myself and so far haven't had the issues come back. And even if they do come back, they come back differently....because now I'm different. It's a new level of experience.
We've also been conditioned that inner challenges are blocks that are holding us back. Therefore, they're "bad", and we need to get rid of them. So whenever we have a block coming up, it can be an experience of - "ugh - here it is again - I've been working so hard on this".
But what if the experience of "blocks" coming up is just our inner wisdom inviting us to our next level of evolution? What if it's a continued journey?
So...next time a familiar pattern comes up for you...ask yourself - what is this inviting me to learn or experience? (and then consider working with it using your favorite subconscious change methods).
That's it! Have questions about this week's tip? Want to share something with me? Connect with me!

Cheers to your success!

P.S. Recurring patterns could also just be happening because the methods you've tried haven't been working effectively.
If this resonates, I recommend booking a Core Transformation session with me. A scientific study has shown 1 session of CT to be as effective as the very best results from 13-23 sessions of other popular modalities used in the therapy world like CBT. See study here.
If you're curious to explore it, click here to book a free discovery call and let's see if we would be a good fit to work together. I start everyone with just one session and take it from there.
