This Week's "Subconscious Success" Tip
I'll keep it short today as it's been an eventful week. Our dog was diagnosed with a cancer that tends to be aggressive on Thursday...the news we were in limbo about for almost two weeks after her surgery and really didn't want to receive.
Maybe you're going through something too...maybe not. March has been a challenging month multiple loved ones.
I had a hard time sleeping last night...I turned to Wholeness work quite a lot to help me at least be in a meditative state and find some kind of peace.
If you're having challenges with sleep - try going through this Wholeness Work guided meditation in this video guided by founder Connirae Andreas.
I recommend watching it before you're going to sleep so you can get a feel for the process and not actually need to listen to anything while you relax.
I find it almost always puts me into at least a meditative state - even if I don't fall asleep. This helps my body and mind restore. May it help you too, sweet fellow journeyer.
