Common Topics I Work With
Change is inevitable, and yet, it can be difficult emotionally to calibrate to a new reality and way of being. Change work sessions can effectively help you release stress/anxiousness, sadness/grief, anger/frustration, worry, and more.
🔹Divorce/breakups (or starting new relationship)
🔹Job loss or business closure (or starting something new)
🔹Loss of a loved one
🔹Getting a health diagnosis
🔹Role change (becoming a caretaker, parent, etc.)
🔹Big financial changes
🔹Having to change diet, habits, etc.
🔹Concerns around not knowing "what's next" or "what if"
Clients often tell me they'd like help with "getting out of their own way" when it comes to upleveling in their business or career. Change work sessions can help you get to the root cause of what holds you back from reaching your goals.
🔹Procrastination
🔹Fear of criticism and rejection
🔹Imposter syndrome
🔹Perfectionism
🔹Self criticism
🔹Discomfort around sales and/or marketing
🔹Stress and triggers involving team members and/or clients
🔹Taking on too much - feeling unappreciated/undervalued; having hard time delegating
🔹Selling yourself short - feeling uncomfortable charging more
🔹Feeling anxious about being potentially fired or laid off
Our relationships with others can be our greatest life teachers and doorways to our wellbeing. Change work sessions can be incredibly helpful to transform triggers into neutrality/resourcefulness and to process difficult emotions.
🔹Automatic emotional triggers/reactions (e.g. annoyance, anger, agitation, anxiousness, fear, etc.)
🔹Pattern of attracting a certain type of undesired relationship
🔹Feeling anxious in social situations and public places
🔹Grieving loss of a loved one
🔹Being single and being hesitant to date again (fear of judgement, being abandoned, lied to, not feeling enough/lovable, etc.)
🔹Feeling guilty or ashamed due to past events
🔹People pleasing
🔹Taking on too much - feeling resentful and unappreciated
🔹Feeling hatred or strong dislike towards someone/desiring revenge - holding bitterness, resentment, anger
🔹Feelings post betrayal or unexpected dishonesty.
Our beliefs around money influence much more than just the dollars in our pocket book...they can also cause us to feel more stressed or limited. Change work sessions can help you expand "what's possible" for you in the finances department.
🔹"Lack mindset" or limiting beliefs around money
🔹Worry or fear about money
🔹Transform connections developed with money (e.g. connecting money to self-worth, safety, freedom, connection, power, control, or peace)
The mind-body connection is an extensively scientifically researched topic. Eastern and native medicine has connected our physical health to our emotional health for thousands of years. Change work sessions can help you address the emotional/subconscious components of your health challenges and help you stick to healthy habits without relying on willpower.
🔹Processing stuck emotions and limiting beliefs around health
🔹Processing events that lead to health challenges
🔹Being told by doc to reduce stress, but not sure how
🔹Stress, anxious feelings, panic attacks
🔹Needing to go on an elimination or special diet
🔹Trouble with exercise habits
🔹Cravings
🔹Weight loss
🔹Sleep issues
🔹Smoking/vaping secession
🔹Alcohol - cutting back or stopping
Change work sessions can be incredibly effective at helping process difficult past events and various childhood experiences, without having to unpack your childhood in detail or revivify painful memories.
🔹Fight/flight/fawn/freeze responses
🔹The brain mentally "replaying" past memories
🔹Negative feelings and reactions towards past events (so that you can keep the lessons and wisdom from the experiences, but no longer be re-traumatized every time you think of what happened)
🔹Behaviors and reactions that happen today due to past trauma (e.g. being hyper vigilant, fear of losing loved ones, attachments, persistent stress/anxious feelings, etc.)
🔹Transforming the "inner critic"
🔹Developing compassion and self-worth
🔹Gain access to more of your intuitive wisdom
🔹Deepen your meditation practice
🔹Evolve your consciousness and path to awakening
🔹Dissolve everyday sense of "ego"
✅ A gentle, kind way to transform difficult emotions, mental loops, and old habits without needing to analyze them or talk about your past or upbringing in detail (we can even work in a way that doesn't require you to tell me what you want to change).
✅ Naturally gain deeper understanding of why your emotional, mental, and habitual patterns keep happening. We'll go directly to the source (p.s. there's a positive purpose).
✅ It's possible for notable results to happen quickly - sometimes in as little as 1-3 sessions.
✅ You won't need to rely on force or willpower for the changes to last.
✅ Automatically foster compassion and kindness for self and others - just by going through the process.
✅ Process generally feels easier and more positive the deeper we get into the session.
✅ If you have spiritual beliefs, you may find it much easier to integrate spiritual concepts and teachings (because you'll actually get to experience "Core States of Being").
✅ Learn self-directed tools so you can access peace quickly anytime you need to.
✅ Doing this work overtime compounds the benefits as you transform deeper layers of yourself.

Lasting change doesn't come from battling yourself, forcing yourself to change, or relying on willpower alone.
Core Transformation™ is a gentle process, created by NLP Pioneer Connirae Andreas in 1989, where we work with "parts" or aspects of self in order to transform thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that we don't like or want to change.
Not only does this process help us uncover the root cause of our behavior patterns, it also unlocks the ability to experience states of wellbeing in an ongoing way.
A few highlights of this methodology:
✨Gentle and practices "no force"
✨Cultivates compassion for self and others and a deep respect for all aspects/parts of ourselves - the positive and negative
✨Can help transform even things that have been happening for decades
✨Does not require talking about past or childhood
TLDR: I'll guide you through a gentle process that gets more positive as we go along that will help you transform a pattern of thinking, feeling, or behavior you don't like or want to change.
~
~
We'll start with two simple questions: "what feeling, behavior, or thought would you like to change today?" and "when, where, and with whom do you experience this?".
One of the key features of this work is we don't need a lot of details to get started. We don't need to talk about your childhood, past experiences, or how you think this pattern may have formed. All I need to know to guide you is what present day experience you'd like to change.
After we choose a starting place, I'll guide you through a gentle process where we'll connect with the subconscious part that's generating the pattern you want to change and ask the part what it wants.
From there, we'll reach the deeper positive purpose of this part and the deepest Core State (such as "Peace", "Unconditional Love", "Presence", "Oneness", or "Wholeness") that exists underneath all of our behavior patterns. Reaching the Core State is often a visceral experience that's difficult to put into words, and it's one of the most magical parts of this process that allows long lasting transformation to take place in our subconscious.
After the part is re-connected with this state, it'll have the chance to see things from a much broader perspective. The rest of the process invites a guided reflection, a "growing up" of the part (our parts are often much younger than we are), and full integration of the Core State.
The result? You sense a notable shift in the experience you started with - it may be subtle or profound - and it will continue to integrate with time. For example, if seeing your boss' face used to trigger you, you might now notice seeing them no longer bothers you. It's a direct shift in behavior and emotional/mental response.

(Sharing about the session starts at 21:19 in the video)
Research Highlights:
✨ Two published randomized, controlled trials (considered to be the gold standard in research)
✨ Both studies showed significant positive results, that are long lasting, and achieved in a faster time than other well-known processes used in coaching and therapy today

Wholeness Work™ is a transformational personal growth methodology centered around the concept of self-integration. It's a gentle process that guides one through dissolving and integrating "inner structures" in the psyche that hold on to stress and limiting beliefs.
It is also known as a reliable, practical process to integrate the modern day spiritual concept of the "ego" and experience a more gentle awakening.
Connirae Andreas, who was a pioneer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and created Core Transformation™, founded Wholeness Work™ after she experienced a very challenging health crisis. This led her to explore deeper levels of the work she already knew and turn to spiritual practices.
We'll begin by finding a starting place. I'll ask you to tell me a little bit about what you'd like to transform or change in your life.
As with Core Transformation™, we do not need to talk in detail about your childhood or what happened in the past. What's most important is what you're experiencing in the present day that you'd like to change - a lot of people are surprised by how little information is needed to get started.
After we have a starting place, I'll guide you through a gentle process that will help you transform the pattern you'd like to change.
Wholeness Work™ is a process that works without "content". This means that we'll be working with the language of the subconscious mind - your senses! This allows us to work at the deepest levels and without needing to logically reason or get into stories (which can sometimes keep us stuck). See the meditation here to experience what this is like.
People often experience a deep relaxation and resetting of the nervous system, a natural resolution of previously challenging issues, an increased sense of ongoing wellbeing, and a greater access to inner wisdom, compassion, humor, and creativity.

Hypnosis is a natural state of receptivity that you get into by directing your focus, with the intention of self transformation or healing.
Integrative Hypnosis includes (and is not limited to):
🔸Group transformational meditation guided experiences
🔸Relaxation and visualization/sensory techniques
🔸Hypnosis audios that one would listen to daily for a certain period of time to install new resourceful beliefs and habits
🔸Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
🔸Somatic (body based) techniques including breathwork, EFT tapping, Havening, Tapas Acupressure Technique "TAT", HeartMath, and more
🔸Conversational hypnosis
🔸Metaphor work, and more!
If the technique fits into a model of personal transformation, it can be included in Integrative Hypnosis. As I continue to learn transformational techniques, I add it to my toolkit here!
Hypnosis allows us to transform and dissolve automatic, subconscious patterns of behavior that can hold us back or cause stress. It's also great for activating states of self healing and connecting with our inner wisdom and clarity.
The experience of hypnosis in not a "one size fits all" solution, and therefore, I take an "integrative" approach and customize which techniques I offer by client.
This might look like:
🔸Being guided through what resembles a guided meditation, during which you'll likely feel very relaxed and calm, and emerge feeling more resourceful.
🔸Learning somatic and visualization techniques to help you dissolve stress or anxious feelings, reduce cravings, or to sleep better.
🔸Listening to a hypnosis audio or practicing "self-hypnosis" daily to help you more easily install subconscious beliefs and automatic habits (mental rehearsal).
🔸Having a conversation where I'll ask you to consider some interesting questions to help you expand your mind.
For a little over 2 years, I wrote a weekly transformational newsletter/blog called "Subconscious Success Sunday" where I shared bite sized tips on how to use Integrative Hypnosis techniques. You can find the entire archive here!

Alina customizes each session for her client's unique needs. After your consultation, she'll determine which process(es) will work best. She may start with Core Transformation and then blend Wholeness Work and Integrative Hypnosis in depending on what's needed for the change to happen more easily and at deeper levels. She may suggest just sticking with one type of method. It will be different based on your needs.

Step 1:

I believe that mental wellbeing and consciousness expansion should not be a luxury. I invite you to still reach out to me even if you're not able to afford the full investment listed above. Each month, I offer sliding scale pricing to a limited number of folks who have financial resource needs. Depending on your situation, I can also refer you to free and low cost resources.
Click here for free/low cost resource suggestions.
Both! Most of my clients prefer to meet over Zoom for the benefits of being in comfort of their home and avoiding travel time/costs. Some clients local to Clark County, WA meet me in person.
See the "How Does It Work? What Can I Expect During a Session?" sections above next to each of the three modalities I specialize in for more information.
In short, we'll briefly discuss what pattern of behavior, thinking, or feeling you want to change or what feels challenging in your life and choose a starting place for our work. From there, I'll guide you through a gentle process that will help you transform this pattern. I might also teach you some transformational tools to use on your own outside of sessions.
Many people feel relaxed, lighter, and calmer during and after the session and notice either a slight or significant shift in their experience. During sleep, the subconscious mind continues to integrate the work, so you may see results gently unveil over time.
This depends on a case-by-case basis. Many people begin to see shifts (subtle and sometimes profound) even with one session. Some people even resolve their issue or challenge within 1-3 sessions.
Other patterns may need some persistence. Our subconscious mind is complex. Think of it like layers of an onion. Sometimes when one layer is peeled, another is revealed. I've had clients who only wanted to work on a very specific topic and were finished after 1-6 sessions, and other clients who have continued their journey with me as a form of long-term, continuous self growth and self-care.
I will always offer you free and low cost ways to continue your journey, whether it's with me as your guide or not, because I believe this healing and transformational work should be available to everyone.
Personally, I would be cautious of working with practitioners that 100% guarantee results in the mental health industry, because the subconscious mind and human body are part of a complex system that doesn't function fully predictably.
What I can tell you with confidence is that a lot of people have benefitted from these modalities, and studies show that the time frames can be relatively short (when compared to other methods). If you take a look at the scientific studies and research done on Core Transformation, for example, you'll see that a considerable percentage of the study group achieved favorable, lasting results that even impacted mental health diagnosis.
Some topics require persistence, while others can be transformed relatively quickly (especially when compared to some other popular modalities). Even if a specific pattern is not completely "resolved", many people experience shifts in their behavior and overall sense of wellbeing within 1-6 sessions.
That's ok. I will guide you through the entire process and be available for any questions or clarifications as we go along. I invite you to approach this with a sense of curiosity and an open mind of limitless possibilities, and this mindset alone will help you get the most value of this work.
No, I am not a therapist or other licensed mental health care professional.
I am a coach and hypnotist certified through National Guild of Hypnotists, International Association of Counselors & Therapists, Andreas NLP, and Erickson Coaching International. I have a license in Washington state to practice hypnosis.
The biggest differences are that I do not:
* Diagnose people or treat disorders (and if you have been diagnosed with a disorder or are on medications, I might only work with you along side a licensed mental health professional)
* Prescribe or work with medications or supplements
* Provide "talk therapy" or talk in detail about your past or childhood (in our sessions we will not be primarily focused on talking. Instead, I will be guiding you through a process to help you change your experience of a situation, and I need very little details or background to get started.)
* Accept health insurance or take notes that go on your health record
Please click here to schedule a free consultation before we book any coaching sessions. This is so we can meet and make sure we're a good fit before proceeding.
Not for new clients. My only introductory offering at this time is my "3 hour" package. For most people this includes two 90 minute sessions, and for some that is three shorter ones or one longer one. After the introductory sessions, I am happy to offer single sessions on an "as needed" basis.
Having the chance to practice this work at least 3 hours allows your system to familiarize itself with the processes, integrate the work, and increase the chance of achieving lasting, desired results.
In general, I do not offer refunds once we have met for a session. I always welcome feedback, practice with integrity, and will always do my best to repair things if I made an error or things didn't go as expected.
Not at this time.
